  • Staffing?
  • Number of patients?

Always wear gown, gloves, masks, shoe covers, lead gown and thyroid shield.
Recognize shock!

• Consider:

• Vital Signs
• Character of pulses
• Diaphoresis
• Skin Temp
• Mental Status
• Lactate, base deficit

Pain Management

• Fentanyl
• Ketamine
• US guided nerve blocks

Set priorities and control consultants
